EVENTS AVAILABLE

60m, 60m Hurdles, High Jump, Pole Vault, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put

Age groups TBC 

Masters included into Senior events

Max events for all age groups is 3 events

ALL FIELD EVENTS HAVE 2 WARM UP TRIALS AND 3 EVENT TRIALS

ALL FIELD EVENTS WILL BE SPLIT BY EQUAL OR SIMIALR PERSONAL BESTS

TRACK WILL BE RUN FASTEST TO SLOWEST [SET ON THE PB/QP] SUPPLIED

Final timetable to be advertised and sent out w/c 8th December.

CHRISTMAS MEDAL FOR ALL TAKING PART

We are also looking for extra volunteers!

Rather than sitting on the side you can get closer to the action by volunteering. We have a variety of volunteering roles you can try.
