PRESENTATION AT APPROXIMATELY 2.30 PM ( Prizes will not be posted please make every effort to attend or appoint a representative to collect)

Competitors to be at least 15 yrs on race day (except fun run)

Personal stereos are not permitted to be worn by competitors during the race. The UK Athletics Rules of Competition only permit bone conduction headphones because they are considered open-ear devices, unlike traditional in-ear headphones that are banned on roads open to traffic.
