She added bronze in the triple jump (8.83m), competed in the 100m, and helped the W60 4x100m relay team to a silver medal with a strong opening leg – giving her a full set of medals for the championships. Always humble, always brilliant – a true superstar representing Welsh Masters globally.

Barrie Roberts (M80)

Endurance specialist Barrie tackled a busy schedule, racing the 400m, 800m, 1500m, 10K road race and the 6K cross country. It was the 10K where he shone brightest, powering through a tough evening course with hills and cobbles to help secure team silver. A tremendous effort – we salute you, Barrie!
