Frustrating draw but a great effort by Kinmel Bay FC.

North Wales Coast East Football Leage 24/25 Premier Division. Kinmel Bay FC (0) v CPD Llansannan FC (0): at Y Morfa Kinmel Bay 8th Feb 2025.
Report and photos by Barry Griffith.
This was a fast and frustrating game, neither team could break through the others defence despite continuous fast action play. The 0.0 score had little impact on KBFC table position of 2nd since leaders Y Glannau drew against the Junction.
KBFC warmed up in Mind Conwy training shirts recognising 1 in 4 experience a mental health issue https://www.conwymind.org.uk/  The Bay team played in Football v Homophobia (FvH) shirts - the campaign that works to end discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression in football; part of the clubs respect and inclusion agenda.
*Could I please point out a couple of important points - how Kinmel Bay FC use Conwy Mind shirts in warm up to promote concern over mental health and the Bay team played the game in FvH shirts to also promote inclusion and respect.
*Photos show continuous pressure at the well-attended game; each team played excellent subs. Overcast weather reduced light and some photos suffer but do reflect the huge efforts being made by both teams.
