The Masters Open will be held for the third consecutive year on Sunday the 8th of June at the Yate Outdoor Sports Complex, BS37 7LB.

All athletes must be 35 or over on the day of competition and entries will be on a first come, first served basis. Any entries from athletes aged under 35 will be rejected and we look forward to welcoming you when the time comes. 

 

Para athletes are welcome to enter this Open Meeting and if you are a para athlete wishing to compete, please get in touch using the contact email address so we can make the necessary arrangements - event.avonaa@outlook.com

 

We will operate a waiting list in case anyone withdraws their entry and will also review the balance of field sizes just after the closing date to see if we can allow more entrants in some events. 

 

We are pleased to be welcoming both Avon County and Welsh Masters to this event again and they will be using the results of the Open Meeting to establish their 2025 Track & Field Medallists. 

 

All track seedings will be based on performance irrespective of age group or affiliation. Please provide a Season's Best or Best Estimate time to facilitate the seeding process. 

 

Entries are on-line only via Roster Athletics. You will need to create or sign in to an account with Roster Athletics to enter. Meeting fee £6 plus entry fee of £5 per event. No entries on the day. NO REFUNDS after the closing date.

NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ALLOWED. 

 

Licence Number - OUT25/082 Hurdle settings and implement weights will operate in 10 years ranges from 35 (V35, V45, V55 etc. up V75) except where hurdles or implements weights require an intermediate age category. Photo-finish and EDM will be in operation. 

 

*Results on Power of Ten. Competitors in the horizontal jumps and throwing events will be allowed a minimum of 4 trials.
