Welsh Masters Athletics records and rankings co-ordinator Chris Pruski has been working hard to prepare a revised ranking list for T&F 2023 that shows age group performances including the correct weight implements in the throws, and website manager Juliet Sidney, has used her expertise to create a new link to highlight all the updates to the latest throwing implement rankings.
