Entrants will have the option to run or walk either the full 5k course, or the 2.5k reduced version, and they will be encouraged to wear fancy dress or Halloween themed costumes.

Publicity and fundraising for Conwy Dark Run.

It’s time to glow crazy for Hope House Children’s Hospices and have fun in the dark! Run, jog or walk, join with friends, take your family or do it solo the choice is yours!

We can’t wait to light up Conwy and see everyone waving their glow sticks in aid of local families.

The warm-up-will start at 6.10pm, and at 6.30pm sharp the starter hooter goes crazy!

Complete the Dark Run amidst music, cheering spectators and finish your 5k Dark Run for your extra special goody bag (2.5k for tired legs). There is no dress code but if you fancy going all neon or Halloween, we always love the colourful scenes our Dark Run crowds create.

The event is organised by Hope House Children’s Hospices.

We're here for children who are not expected to live longer than early adulthood. We're here to help them enjoy the best possible quality of life and make the most of every moment.

We’re here 365 days a year for their parents and families too, who can often find it hard to cope and feel isolated.  We’re here throughout the lifetime of their child - and often well beyond - with specialist nursing care, counselling support, empathy & understanding.  We also offer bereavement counselling to anyone affected by the death of a child. Our dedicated teams work at Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith, in families' own homes and in the local community.

As a registered charity, we need to raise over £7.5 million every year. That’s well over £100,000 every week to make sure we can carry on being here for all the children and families who need us in Shropshire, Cheshire, Mid and North Wales.

At Hope House, we're committed to respecting your privacy and complying with current data protection regulations.
