Events Available

U11’s – As U11's are not eligible for championships, RJT Event Challenge (60m, Long Jump, Shot Put,) - £10 which covers all 3 events & athletes must compete in all 3 events..
U13B & U13G, 3 events Maximum from:- 100, 200, [1 of 800 or 1500], Sprint Hurdles, PV, HJ, LJ, JT, DT, SP
U15B & U15G, 3 events maximum from:- 100, 200, 300, [1 of 800 or 1500 or 3000], Sprint Hurdles, PV, HJ, LJ, TJ, JT, DT, SP,HT.
U17 to Senior/Masters, 5 events Maximum from:- 100, 200, 300, 800, 1500, 3000, Sprint Hurdles, 300/400 Hurdles,PV, HJ, LJ, TJ, JT, DT, SP,HT.
Masters will compete in Senior events using appropriate equipment.
ALL field trials 4 per event with the exception of HJ & PV

Eligibility

1. Birth: born within the area covered by N.W.R.A.C.
2. Residence: Continuous current residence within the area covered by N.W.R.A.C. for at least 9 months.
3. Retention: An athlete may retain his/her existing qualification to represent N. Wales and compete in the N. Wales Regional Championship, provided that he/she has not represented another Region or County, nor competed in a different Regional or County Championship in the same year of competition.
4.Where an athlete competes for a club not based in Wales but does qualify on one of the above three criteria.

There are no Guest places in this event and you must be eligible with the information above

Entry Fee
1 event = £6.00, 2 events = £11, 3 events =£15, 4 events =£19, 5 events =£23.

U11's RJT = £10

U13 and U15 permitted to a maximum of 3 events and only 1 race over 400m.U17's and above who may enter a maximum of 5 events.

THERE WILL BE NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY

Automatic selection for the Inter Regional team  for all athletes placing 1st in events included in the inter regional competition.

Trials in field events.  Under 13 and Under 15 athletes will be allowed 3 trials in the jumps and throws.  All older agegroups will be allowed 4 trials in the long and triple jumps and 6 attempts in throws, with 1 warm up throw.

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
