This exciting event is the first of its kind hosted by RNLI Llandudno, and your support will make a real difference. Every step you take and every pound you donate helps our volunteer lifeboat crews continue their vital work—saving lives and keeping people safe along the beautiful North Wales coast.

DescriptionA fast and flat course for both distances. The race starts and finishes on Llandudno Promenade, close to the Lifeboat Station. Entries are limited to 300 entries for the 5km and 60 entries for the 1km. This event is :

  • chip timed
  • a UK Athletics licenced event
  • held on a certified measured course

Each finisher will receive a medal, a bottle of water and a chocolate bar.

All age group category winners will also receive a trophy.

Race HQ : RNLI Llandudno Lifeboat Station, Colwyn Road, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 3AA 

Location of race start/finish: On Llandudno Promenade, close to the North Shore paddling pools or towards the Little Orme end of the prom.

Registration : All runners will need to collect their race numbers on the day of the event, starting from 9:30am at the registration desk located at Llandudno Lifeboat Station.

Entry fees

5km Race        £14.00 for club affiliated runners or £16:00 for unaffiliated runners.

1km Fun run    £5.00 

When Do Entries Close?

As soon as we reach our limit of 300 runners for the 5km and 60 runners for the 1km.
